The benefits of generational engagement is enormous ! We receive the wisdom of our seniors, the hope of our children and the mindfulness of those in the middle. This was experience of Compassion Action Foundation’s most recent Iftar. Conversation ranging from health, parenting, fashion and education over a delicious homemade meal. Having the diversity of age and cultural life experience allowed for a more informative view on these subjects.

In light of today’s stressful lifestyle and culture of violence, we human beings can be heavily burden. Compassion Action Foundation believes in being proactive. One of our tools is, creative art as a therapy. Our award winning art coordinator Yucef, film maker lend us in a informative conversation about the Newark NJ community of art. Among the artist in attendance a rising star Suna. Just recently received an honored for her work.
